5. Efficiency of operational costs in terms of employee salaries because the number of employees needed is less

In addition to providing benefits for sellers, e-commerce also providing benefits for buyers, because the buyers don’t have to go far to find the desired item, so it is cost and time efficient. Besides these advantages, there are also disadvantages in transacting on the internet. That is the buyer cannot see the items directly and hold the materials used. for example, the buyer wants to buy clothes, the buyer cannot hold and touch the materials used, so sometimes the buyer's image/perception of something to be purchased can be different with something being sold. This causes disappointment for buyers. For electronic items, sometimes buyers have difficulty in managing the warranty and it is not clear how to take care of it.
In conducting online transactions, trust is the main capital for the seller and the buyer because they do not meet each other directly, so if a seller has made a mistake or lied, the buyer will not believe it anymore. To avoid fraud when shopping online, before shopping, you should take the following steps:

3. Finding out the reputation of the online store regarding after-sales service and warranty.
